How to Setup a Servo In the IO Tree

In the section, we add all the elements to the I/O tree then add a motion group and add an Axis in the motion group. Then link the Servo controller in the I/O tree which is a 2094-BC01-M01 to the Axis for proper setup and also describe the motion groups attributes such as the course rate update to show how to properly calculate the timing for the communication of the data transmit. 

We also show the importance of making the control logix processor time synced to be the master for proper motion timing.

Time sync is a must so please make sure from this point on in the training, you catch the details as they will help you when making a servo system run with no issues.


Then we download the system and show the how to line up the firmware revision in the I/O tree setup.
